Job Opportunity

To guarantee the protection of assets and ensure the integrity of gaming operations, we follow internal procedures and company policy, adhering to highest standards of efficiency, security, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out duties in accordance with all rules and regulations as approved by relevant authorities and our established policy framework.
  • Monitor casino activity on gaming floors, cage, cash desks, count rooms, back of house, and casino boundary. Report any cheating, theft, embezzlement, or behavior incompatible with our policy.
  • Identify basic playing patterns and alert management to suspicious behavior not consistent with player's usual style, potentially involving illicit activity.
  • Provide feedback to the Surveillance Manager, Security and Risk Control Manager, General Manager, and compliance manager as required, producing verbal and written reports.
  • Report security risks immediately to the Surveillance Manager.
  • Work on a shift basis, including night shifts and weekends.
  • Attend regular meetings organized by the Surveillance Manager.
  • Maintain CCTV system at optimal efficiency and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Liaise with the casino manager on duty to enforce security measures during all shifts.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Italian language considered an asset.
  • Organised approach.
  • Experience working in surveillance preferred but training provided.
  • Flexible work ethic.
