Our Culinary Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Cook to join our team at Pacific Paradise. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic kitchen environment, delivering exceptional service standards and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Job Description:

  • Work collaboratively with the Chef to manage kitchen operations and ensure the highest quality meals are served to our residents.
  • Develop and tailor meal plans to meet individual needs and preferences, promoting healthy and nutritious dining experiences.
  • Support the broader kitchen team to deliver memorable dining experiences that exceed resident expectations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Some experience within a commercial kitchen, preferably in aged care.
  • A breadth of experience with a range of cuisines and dietary requirements to cater to social, spiritual, and cultural needs of our residents.
