">The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
This remuneration package includes bonus and incentive schemes, as well as salary packaging options to help you achieve your financial goals.
">Job Description
">As an Occupational Therapist - Return to Work Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping injured workers return to their jobs safely and effectively. Your duties will include:
">- Case management, working closely with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and allied health specialists to develop and implement effective return-to-work plans.
- Conducting assessments, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, and Ergonomic Assessments, to identify workplace hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborating with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
- Providing guidance and support to employers and employees on workplace modifications and accommodations.
You will work collaboratively with a strong, close-knit team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for injury prevention and return-to-work outcomes.
">This role can be based from our Shepparton, Wangaratta, or Albury offices, with regular travel across the North East region and these offices expected as part of the role.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- A qualification in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, employers, and stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- A desire to problem-solve, think creatively, and innovate in your approach to return-to-work planning and injury prevention.
