
Facilities Coordinator

We're seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing on-site contractors, and maintaining premises in excellent condition.
This role requires prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields. You should have a proactive approach, seeking ways to improve operations, and an understanding of local occupational health and safety requirements is advantageous.
You will work autonomously with teams dispersed across the country, collaborating with base building management as needed. This is an opportunity to shape a brighter way forward for our clients, people, planet, and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to meet client expectations.
- Liaise with building management as required.
- Manage on-site contractors, ensuring they meet standards.
- Maintain premises in good working condition.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields preferred.
- Understanding of local occupational health and safety requirements advantageous.
- Proactive approach, seeking out ways to improve operations.
- Ability to work independently with remote teams.
