As a leader in our holiday parks network, we're seeking an experienced manager to drive success at one of our most popular properties.

About This Opportunity

This role offers the chance to lead a dynamic team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the property, including attending to after-hours call-outs and providing an exceptional guest experience
  • Lead and support the team, fostering a positive work environment and managing budgets and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Build positive relationships with guests, local communities, and stakeholders

What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in hospitality or accommodation management
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Advanced computer skills with experience in RMS or similar reservations systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound financial management abilities
