About the Role

The primary objective of this role is to meticulously clean the interior and exterior of vehicles before repair and upon completion of repair.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Adhere to established valeting procedures to ensure exceptional standards are maintained.
  2. Clean vehicles within allotted time frames while maintaining high levels of productivity.
  3. Ensure impeccable housekeeping practices by disposing of general waste in designated areas.
  4. Maintain solvents and cleaning fluids in orderly fashion, keeping them secure when not in use.
  5. Keep the valeting area clean and free from potential ignition sources.
  6. When using cleaning solvents inside vehicles, ensure proper ventilation is maintained.
  7. Wear protective gear including eye protection and gloves at all times.
  8. Conduct thorough external checks on equipment before utilising steam or water pressure cleaners, reporting any defects or malfunctions.
  9. Occasionally hand over courtesy cars to customers, thoroughly explaining controls and inspecting customer vehicles, completing vehicle condition check sheets.
Requirements:
  1. Prior valeting/detailing experience is highly desirable.
  2. Demonstrate strong time management skills and target achievement capabilities.
  3. Hold a valid driver's license.
  4. Foster a customer-centric approach, striving to deliver exceptional service standards.
