About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Equipment Operations Specialist to join our team. As the critical link between our branch, customers, and their projects, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, expert advice, and ensuring equipment is ready for hire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruct and demonstrate to customers on how to safely use our equipment.
  • Perform pickup and delivery of equipment from customer sites, including loading and unloading of equipment.
  • Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions.
  • Maintain high standards of equipment quality through regular servicing and minor repairs.
  • Clean and maintain branch facilities and equipment as required.
  • Conduct equipment 'check in' and 'check out' inspections.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • The ability to work weekends on a rotating roster.
  • A level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift and stand for long periods.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
  • An interest in machinery and equipment (training provided).
  • A positive attitude and team player mindset.
