Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner.
  • Assess clients' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Support and advise on adaptations to the environment.
  • Recommend provision of Assistive Technology.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree qualified Occupational Therapist with current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or eligible for the same upon completion of a university degree in occupational therapy at an Australian university.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle.
  • Genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
