Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary health care team in Goulburn. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for providing quality occupational therapy services to patients/clients within the SNSW Local Health District.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, clinical proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients/clients across a regional area
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice
  • Lead planning and evaluation of team activities
  • Supervise staff and students as required

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to professional development, quality improvement, and delivering excellent patient outcomes.

Selection Criteria
  • Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist
  • Demonstrated proficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Extensive broad generalist knowledge, clinical proficiency, and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work/caseload across a regional area
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice
