Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service
  • Manage sales performance, meeting or exceeding KPIs and profitability goals through effective planning and expense control
  • Collaborate with store teams to develop and implement recruitment, training, and succession plans
  • Control payroll and schedule employees to achieve optimal profitability while maintaining exceptional customer service
  • Communicate merchandise opportunities to store teams and ensure timely execution
  • Maintain compliance with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies, and key accountabilities
  • Ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant working and shopping environment
