Job details

Bootlegger Assistant Managers partner with the Store Manager to drive the business and lead a team. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences by coaching and developing their team, and ensuring the store is welcoming, inviting, and inclusive for everyone.

What you'll be a part of
  • Provide leadership to customer-focused sales associates and leaders to drive outstanding business results through genuine and remarkable service
  • Promote the Bootlegger brand through knowledge of our product and business; embody Bootlegger's core values: Passion, Teamwork, Trust, Growth, Entrepreneurship
  • Oversee store operations (shift task organization, receiving/opening shipments, daily housekeeping, opening/closing duties)
  • Execute merchandising, marketing, and visual presentation according to Bootlegger standards
The right fit
  • Experienced retail supervisor who can motivate, train, and coach others while delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Strong retail/business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent sales skills and a focus on finding products that make customers feel great
  • Interest in fashion and denim

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move/handle merchandise and fixtures up to 30 pounds
  • Flexible availability; 32-40 hour shifts including daytime, evening, and weekends
