Our Store

The Clothing Sorter will be responsible for accepting donations from our charity partners, meeting and engaging with customers and donors, and ensuring they receive excellent service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sorting donations to ensure quality standards are met
  • Pricing, grading, and hanging product so it is ready to head out onto the retail floor
  • Meeting daily production targets by working effectively in a team environment

About You

To excel in this role, you will have a mix of the following skills:

  • A strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in fast-paced environments such as retail, production, or hospitality
  • Customer focus and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new situations
