Job Description:

The role of Casual Field Representative involves providing in-store visual merchandising services and supporting the sales team to execute their roles effectively. As an ambassador for our business, you will build strong relationships with both Bunnings and DuluxGroup teams.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining key customer relationships, ordering and merchandising products, maintaining in-store displays, ensuring products are priced and ticketed correctly, and assisting with major planogram initiatives.

This is a casual role offering 20 hours per week (across 4 days) and requires flexibility and mobility, with the capacity to travel to various Bunnings stores surrounding Carseldine area.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware (desirable but not essential)
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have your own vehicle
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively use technology and various digital applications and systems
  • Strong time management, prioritisation skills and own initiative
