About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Serco's ADF Health Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to Eligible Personnel in accordance with professional standards, legislation, and Defence Policies and Procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) codes, guidelines, and statements for registered nurses.
  • Perform triage and assessment of Eligible Personnel presenting to the health facility.
  • Coordinate/supervise sick parades, including triage, assessment, outpatient, and inpatient treatment.
  • Manage patient clinical records in both electronic and paper formats in accordance with Defence Policies and Procedures.
  • Order and maintain clinical stores and pharmaceutical imprest supplies.
  • Participate in governance activities including clinical reviews, health surveillance, auditing.
