We're seeking a driven professional to work on complex, market-shaping transactions. You'll collaborate with highly regarded partners and senior lawyers, gaining direct exposure to clients and decision-makers.

Your work will include:

• Driving public and private M&A deals, from takeovers and schemes to carve-outs, joint ventures, and strategic investments.">
• Coordinating multi-jurisdictional due diligence on high-value, cross-border transactions.">
• Leading the drafting and negotiation of SPAs, underwriting and subscription agreements, shareholder arrangements, and JV documentation.">
• Playing an integral role in deal strategy, execution, and client relationship management.">

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3–8 years' experience in Corporate/M&A, Private Equity, or similar fields.">
• Strong academics, commercial acumen, and client focus.">
