About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Personal Carer or Caregiver.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with personal care, light household duties, meal preparation, medication reminders, and transport to appointments, shopping, and social outings.

  • This role offers a competitive hourly rate starting at $39.95 per hour.
  • You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians through 1:1 relationship-based care.
  • We offer comprehensive in-house training and development programs to support your growth and success.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in aged care, support work, and a Certificate III or above in Individual Support or similar.
  • A personable, compassionate, and approachable attitude, with excellent communication skills.
  • A valid Australian open driver's license, access to a reliable car, and comprehensive car insurance.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
