Accounts Receivable Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Professional to join our team. As an integral part of our organisation, you will be responsible for managing daily receipts from customers, reconciling accounts, and processing financial transactions.

The Role:
  • Manage the receipt and processing of customer payments in a timely manner
  • Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Process financial transactions with high attention to detail
  • Coordinate RCTI payment processing and banking tasks as required
  • Generate copies of invoices for customers and manage unallocated payments/unknown payments
About You:
  • You possess strong knowledge of accounting procedures and a keen eye for detail
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are able to work effectively in a team environment
  • You have proven experience in high-volume Accounts Receivable processing with deadlines and are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office suite, and Adobe
  • You can demonstrate your ability to meet deadlines and prioritise multiple tasks efficiently
