Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of our digital platform.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineers and product teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across our backend infrastructure and third-party integrations.
  • Investigate production issues, write scripts to validate integrations, and perform preventative maintenance to avoid future incidents.
  • Respond quickly to customer queries, helping us maintain the reliability and performance that our clients count on.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Solid experience operating distributed systems at scale.
  • Strong communication skills, working across teams.
  • Good working knowledge of SQL and databases.
  • Infrastructure experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, DNS, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Programming experience with an object-oriented language (preferably Java).
