Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to clients in accordance with their care plans
  • Support clients with daily living activities, such as eating, dressing, bathing, and grooming
  • Offer transportation assistance to clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients' care plans and progress
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the care team

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a high school or equivalent qualification
  • At least 1 year of experience working with people with disabilities
  • Strong understanding of disability support and its guidelines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
