Security and Reception Service Provider

The role of Security/Reception Operator involves providing a high-quality security and reception service at our facility.
As the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and callers, you will ensure all queries are dealt with or redirected effectively.
Key aspects of the job include acting as a liaison between different groups, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
Good communication skills, computer literacy, teamwork, and the ability to handle challenging situations are essential requirements for this position.
