Paraplanner Role

We are seeking a skilled Paraplanner to support our team in delivering high-quality, compliant advice documents to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning principles and investment strategies, with expertise in financial planning software such as XPLAN.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where they can make a real difference in people's lives. As a Paraplanner, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and compliant advice documents, collaborating closely with stakeholders to refine recommendations, and conducting detailed financial calculations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate and compliant advice documents, including Statements of Advice (SoAs) and Wholesale Advice Documents (WADs)
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to refine recommendations and conduct detailed financial calculations
  • Maintain detailed records and provide coaching to colleagues on documentation standards
  • Manage workload to meet service level agreements and escalate any compliance or process inefficiencies as needed
