About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Equipment Support Specialist to join our team. As the critical link between our branches, customers, and projects, you will be responsible for providing expert advice, pickups, deliveries, and ensuring our equipment is ready for hire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Instructing and demonstrating to customers on how to safely use our equipment.
  • Performing pickup and delivery of equipment from customer sites, including safely loading and unloading of equipment.
  • Providing exceptional customer service in all customer interactions.
  • Maintaining the high standard and quality of equipment through regular servicing and minor repairs.
  • Cleaning of branch facilities and maintenance of equipment as required.
  • Performing equipment 'check in' and 'check out' inspections.
About You
  • We are looking for individuals with a strong background in customer service, building & construction, hospitality, retail, driving, landscaping, trade & maintenance.
  • A valid driver's licence is essential.
  • You should be available to work half day Saturdays.
  • This role requires some physical components, including lifting and standing on your feet for long periods.
  • You should be proactive and keen to learn new skills.
  • An interest in machinery and equipment is beneficial, although training will be provided.
  • A positive attitude and team player are essential.
