Senior Financial Leadership

We are partnering with a respected infrastructure business delivering complex projects across Australia.

The Senior Financial Leader will lead the finance function, working closely with senior leadership and supporting operational teams nationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day finance operations including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Provide commercial insights to support project delivery and operational planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain strong financial controls, compliance, and end-of-month processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with project managers, operations, and external partners to drive business outcomes.
  • Support the executive team with strategic analysis and reporting, providing data-driven insights.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in financial management or senior accounting roles, preferably in a project-based environment.
  • A practical, solutions-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work under pressure.
  • Solid systems experience, including Excel, ERP, and reporting platforms.
