- Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the water sector.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed and that the team is aware of and complies with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Performance Management: Monitor and report on team performance to ensure that business objectives are met.
- Relevant Qualifications: A relevant engineering tertiary qualification, preferably post-graduate.
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, team leadership, and client relationship management in the water sector.
- Skills: Strong business development and leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
