The Opportunity

We are seeking two experienced Environmental Health Officers to join our team on a permanent basis.

This role will involve working as part of our Health and Regulatory Services function, delivering environmental, food and public health regulatory programs.

Key responsibilities will include inspecting food and public health premises, responding to service requests, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Health or a related field
  • Class C Driver's License
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience in Environmental Health functions, including inspections, investigations and enforcement
  • Proven mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
