EOI - Casual Sessional Teacher - Bootcamp & Studios

We are seeking a Casual Sessional Teacher to join our team in the School of Computing Technologies at RMIT University. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and marking courses in the Bootcamp & Studios program.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach and mark courses in the Bootcamp & Studios program, including Programming Bootcamp 1, Programming Bootcamp 2, Programming Studio 1, and Programming Studio 2.
- Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment to students, ensuring they meet the learning outcomes of the courses.
- Develop and implement engaging and effective teaching strategies to promote student learning and engagement.
- Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to develop and implement curriculum and assessment materials.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Minimum qualification of Bachelor (Honours) in a relevant field.
- Experience in teaching and marking in computer science, cloud and security, data science and artificial intelligence related areas.
- Effective interpersonal skills, including both written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrable ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Prior experience in using a variety of tools such as GitHub and Trello.
