Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated service professional to join our team. This is a hands-on role that involves servicing, maintaining, and supporting various technology systems for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical equipment and systems
  • Providing support and solutions to clients both onsite and remotely
  • Installing, configuring, and testing equipment to ensure smooth operation
  • Assisting with fault finding and repairs on a range of systems
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing reports as required
  • Working closely with the wider technical team to deliver high-quality outcomes
Requirements
  • Hands-on technical or service background in AV, IT, electrical, communications, or similar fields
  • Practical knowledge of AV systems - desirable
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
  • Current driver's licence (essential)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
