Spa Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a Spa Therapist Specialist to provide exceptional spa treatments and create a serene atmosphere for our guests.

The Spa Therapist Specialist will be responsible for delivering a range of massage and body treatments using leading skin care brands. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Located within a luxurious hotel, our spa offers guests the ultimate spa experience. With 11 treatment rooms, two exclusive couple's suites, and a relaxation lounge, we provide a comprehensive range of face and body treatments.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Spa Therapist Specialist to build memorable connections with our guests and hotel teams.

  • Deliver high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, and speciality therapies, with exceptional skill and attention to detail
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of spa products, techniques, and industry trends to ensure cutting-edge services
  • Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the spa environment
  • Contribute to the overall ambiance and atmosphere of the spa, fostering a serene and relaxing experience for all guests

Requirements include:

  • Diploma or nationally recognized qualification in one or more forms of massage
  • Qualifications in beauty therapy, highly regarded
  • Experience within a spa environment, preferably in a 5-star facility
  • Ability to drive retail sales within the spa operation
  • Good communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude
