Overview

Park Hyatt Sydney is recruiting for a friendly and customer focused Spa Therapist to join the Spa team. The Spa at Park Hyatt Sydney, located on level 2, is an urban retreat featuring five private treatment rooms, a relaxation room, steam room, rooftop heated pool, outdoor whirlpool and gymnasium.

About the Role

Perform services including facial treatments, body treatments, waxing, massage, manicures and pedicures in line with our luxuriant Spa philosophies. Provide exceptional service at all times, focusing on member and guest generation and retention. Maintain the Spa environment to meet guests' needs. Ensure high standards of professionalism, attention to detail, and personal presentation. Continue to develop and learn new skills and refine knowledge on treatments and our line of exclusive products.

Responsibilities
  • Perform facial treatments, body treatments, waxing, massage, manicures and pedicures consistently with spa standards
  • Provide exceptional service to generate and retain members and guests
  • Maintain a welcoming and well-presented Spa environment
  • Uphold professionalism and attention to detail in all treatments
  • Maintain high standards of personal presentation and grooming
  • Continuously develop skills and knowledge of treatments and exclusive products
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in luxury hotels or high-end spa
  • Diploma in Beauty Therapy and Massage Therapy
  • Full valid working rights in Australia
  • High level of communication and personal presentation
