Clinical Documentation Strategist

The Health Information Management Specialist participates in the design and optimisation of clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of electronic medical records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare staff, ICT teams, and other stakeholders to implement documentation workflows and ensure effective use of EMR systems.
- Analyse and design documentation processes to improve patient care.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field, along with relevant experience.
- Experience working with clinical workflows in medium to large hospital settings is highly valued.
Requirements:
- High level of computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently: strong skills in prioritisation, problem-solving, organisation, decision-making, time management, and planning are required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
