Role Overview

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and visitors
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects with ease, responding promptly and accurately to queries
  • Routinely direct phone calls to relevant departments or contacts
  • Assist with document preparation, formatting, database management, and other administrative tasks
  • Order office supplies and maintain optimal stock levels
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or reception role
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
