Key Responsibilities
  • Research and create product manuals, user guides, operating procedures, compliance documentation, training materials, and technical content for bid and proposal submissions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and leadership to capture and refine technical knowledge.
  • Develop documentation standards, templates, and style guides.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring documents meet quality assurance requirements and editing/proofreading documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

Achieving consistency in documentation practices across all outputs requires a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, content authoring tools, and SharePoint. Familiarity with Adobe Suite or diagramming tools would be beneficial in creating visuals to enhance documentation.
