An Administrative Support role within the Class Actions team at a leading law firm in Brisbane CBD.
This is a permanent, full-time position involving high-volume administrative tasks, credit card reconciliation management, and cultivating strong relationships with clients.
- Support the Legal team with administrative tasks and optimise internal systems to process information.
- Manage high-volume credit card reconciliations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients by applying empathy and understanding.
- Assist with general filing, photocopying, and archiving management.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or courier.
- Prepare matters for conference and hearing.
- Collect and deliver briefs to Counsel's chambers.
- Provide administrative support to the Legal team to support client outcomes.
- Previous administration/business support experience.
- Accurate typing skills with intermediate Word & Excel skills.
- Keen eye for detail in document management and collation.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathetic nature with passion for helping people.
- Ability to be the gateway to client support.
- Availability to work standard business hours, Monday - Friday.
