Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our Finance team. As an integral part of our team, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Manager Finance and contribute to the success of our department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective and confidential support to the Executive Manager Finance, including scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Manage and facilitate the scheduling and administrative needs of the Executive Manager Finance.
- Provide administrative, project support, and assistance to the wider Finance department.
- Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
- Strong demonstrated work experience in office, project administration, and related functions.
- Experience working in a complex and sensitive working environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and other office administration software.
- Proficient stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
