About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations and Support Officer to join our Finance and Procurement team at Wyndham City.
As a key member of the Executive Manager Finance's support team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the EMF and the wider Finance department.
Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Finance department, providing administrative support to senior staff, and contributing to the success of the team through active teamwork and effective performance of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective and efficient support to the EMF and the Finance department.
- Manage and facilitate the scheduling and administrative needs of the EMF.
- Offer administrative, project support, and assistance to the wider Finance department.
- Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve team objectives.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in business operations, office administration, and related functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office administration software.
- Ability to work in a complex and dynamic environment.
