Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our Beverages team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic growth plans, managing the marketing mix, and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute portfolio strategies for growth and expansion, utilising consumer insights and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Lead brand planning and innovation strategy, ensuring creative excellence and media transformation.
- Build relationships with global and regional energy teams for innovation and communication partnerships.
- Collaborate with AU and NZ bottlers to deliver business KPIs and drive revenue growth.
- Manage agency relationships to ensure effective and integrated brand initiatives.
About You:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional with a strong track record in sales/marketing, people management, and influencing/persuading skills. Proven success in comms development, media planning, TTL program development, innovation, research, and agency management is essential. Strong planning and organisational skills to manage and execute projects on time and on budget are also required.
