- Experience: Proven experience as a Head Sommelier in a similar role, with a strong track record of success and a passion for continuous learning.
- Knowledge and Skills: Extensive knowledge of local and international wines, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of wine and food pairing principles.
- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and train a team, and excellent customer service skills.
- Certifications and Qualifications: CMS Certified equivalent or higher, with a strong understanding of wine service standards and protocols.
