Job Title: Psychology Services Administration Officers

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide administrative support to psychologists and contribute to the delivery of psychological assessments.

As an administrative officer in this section, you will be responsible for facilitating psychological testing sessions and liaising with partner agencies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating psychological testing sessions and ensuring smooth communication with external partners.
  • Managing records and performing financial duties, including accounts payable and budget coordination.
  • Developing and producing communications and reporting products, including metrics.
  • Supporting internal and external stakeholders and contributing to business process improvement activities.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate independently under broad direction.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong interest in admin and/or finance/accounting work.
