Job Title: Allied Health Admin Supervisor

The role of an Admin Supervisor in Allied Health is to provide leadership, supervision and support to a team ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

This position will be responsible for supporting inpatient and referral management as well as providing administrative coordination support to various outpatient clinics across the Allied Health division.

  • Leadership skills with experience in supervising staff in both clinical and administrative environments are required.
  • The ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks effectively is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for effective relationships with team members, clients and other stakeholders.
  • Highly developed administrative skills with experience in contemporary technology systems are required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in managing staff in an administrative environment.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times.
