Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on professional to manage client relationships, schedule appointments and provide administrative support.
- Manage appointment schedules for audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments
- Greet clients at the clinic and update their records
- Assist with client and doctor enquiries
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Provide basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices
- Accurately bill appointments
- Perform general office duties
- Passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and patience
- Demonstrated experience working in a team environment
- Demonstrated judgement and advanced skills in administrative services
- Excellent computer skills
- A collaborative and can-do attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel to cover sick leave and annual leave
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records
- Provide administrative support to audiologists
- Communicate effectively with clients and doctors
- Process bills and perform general office duties
- Provide basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices
