Bupa Aged Care seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Tamworth, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.
As a Registered Nurse at Bupa Aged Care, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is committed to delivering exceptional care and services to our residents. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, person-centered care that meets the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
About the Role
This is a permanent full-time opportunity paying between $36.72 - $47.73 per hour + super, subject to number of years of experience. The salary is competitive and reflects the importance of this role in delivering exceptional care and services to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents, including administering medications, conducting medical procedures, and developing care plans
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services to residents
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote safe and effective care practices
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements
- AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse – Essential
- Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
