Job Title: HR Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced labourer to join our team at Bayswater Power Station in the Hunter region. As an HR Driver, you will be responsible for performing a variety of general labouring tasks on civil sites, including site preparation, digging, and excavation work, as well as loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a range of labouring tasks on civil sites, including site preparation, digging, and excavation work
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
  • Operate HR Watercart
  • Assist with concreting and formwork
  • Spotting machinery
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in civil labouring, landscaping, or concreting
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • White card is essential
Desirable Skills:
  • HR licence
  • Roller experience and/or ticket
  • Concreting, demolition, or pipe laying experience
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly wage, ranging from $39 to $42.96 per hour plus penalties and allowances (dependent on experience)
