Job Title: HR Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced labourer to join our team at Bayswater Power Station. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to perform a variety of general labouring tasks on civil sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general labouring tasks on civil sites, including site preparation, digging, and excavation work.
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Operate an HR Watercart.
  • Assist with concreting and formwork.
  • Spot machinery.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in civil labouring, landscaping, or concreting.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction.
  • White card is essential.
Desirable Skills:
  • HR licence.
  • Roller experience and/or ticket.
  • Concreting, demolition, or pipe laying experience.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly wage, ranging from $39 to $42.96 per hour plus penalties and allowances (dependent on experience).
