As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences. With opportunities to work across different venues and with industry-leading chefs and expert bartenders, this is an ideal role for those looking to develop their skills and progress their careers. You will have access to courses and upskilling programs via our Learning Management System, as well as paid community service leave and formal qualifications.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous bartender experience
  • A smile, personality, and a passion for guest experience
  • The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid RSA certification and Australian working rights
