As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various touchpoints.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Parts Interpreter to join our busy Laverton team. In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for interpreting technical information for customers and internal stakeholders regarding heavy vehicle parts.

You will work closely with our suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment, providing language support to facilitate clear communication between all parties.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a professional approachable manner, and the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Interpret technical information for customers and internal teams regarding heavy vehicle parts
  2. Assist with customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
  3. Identify, source and process parts orders and quotes
  4. Liaise with suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment
  5. Provide language support to ensure clear communication between all parties

About You

We are looking for an individual with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, possessing excellent customer service skills and a professional approachable manner. The successful candidate will be able to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
