Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical nursing care to residents, including conducting comprehensive assessments, developing care plans, and administering medications.
- Supervise and mentor AINs and RNs to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Collaborate with the Care Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents.
- Liaise with doctors to ensure continuity of care and make informed decisions about resident care.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure the quality of care is maintained.
- Relevant clinical nursing experience in an aged care environment.
- Previous supervisor experience and strong behavior management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
