Senior Registered Nurse/Clinical Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Frontline Health Brisbane as a Clinical Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our nursing team, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based care that meets the needs of our residents.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans that promote the health and well-being of our residents.
- Supervise and mentor our nursing staff, providing coaching and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Monitor and report on the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an aged care setting, with a focus on clinical leadership and management.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
