Job Role

The Laboratory Supervisor is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing laboratory operations at our Cedar Creek site.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, as well as risk management and quality control for the laboratory.
  2. Supervise, train, and conduct compliance testing for samples of aggregate, soils, road base, and CTB materials.
  3. Record, report, and data/process control for product performance tracking.

This critical position requires a high level of competence and experience in Quarries Construction Laboratories, including NATA signatory status for test methods. The ideal candidate will possess extensive quarry experience, soils and road materials knowledge, and skills in research, evaluation, interpretation, and delivery of data.

Key Performance Indicators
  1. Leadership and collaboration with the team to achieve laboratory goals.
  2. Accurate and timely reporting of laboratory results.
  3. Maintenance of a safe and healthy work environment.
