- Develop strong client relationships through social media interaction
- Plan and execute Client functions and in-house training events
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities
- Implement best practices in digital marketing including developing policies as necessary
- Monitor performance metrics to forecast trends and provide feedback
- Maintain CRM databases and website to the highest standard as required
- Contribute to weekly activities including team meetings and knowledge updates
