About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Psychologist to join our team in Kilkenny, SA. As an Occupational Psychologist with Gorilla Jobs, you will have the opportunity to work with various organisations and their employees to manage workplace welfare and prevent psychological injury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite counselling services at assigned workplaces.
  • Provide counselling to onsite employees.
  • Develop and deliver psychological injury prevention initiatives such as workshops, toolbox talks, educational seminars.
  • Engage in case formulation, administration, and evaluation of evidence-based psychological interventions.
  • Collaborate with multi-skilled colleagues to deliver outcome-based, gold-standard care for employees in the workplace you are assigned to.
  • Act as an ambassador for our client's services as a market leader in occupational rehabilitation.

Your Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
  • Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.
  • Professional indemnity insurance.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • An Australian driver's license and access to your own private vehicle.

What We Offer:

  • A generous annual salary of between $80,000-$110,000 based on experience or choose a flat rate of $90 per hour.
  • Company laptop and phone provided.
  • Annual PD allowance of between $1,000-$1,750.
  • Supportive environment including weekly catch-ups with your leader, clinical support from leads and in-house group supervision with Board Approved supervisors.
